I refer everyone to North Ridge Auto. Trustworthy, fast, and overall great guys. Have been able to handle any auto issue I've had between 5-6 cars over the last 15-20 years.

A local Honda dealer said our car needed several thousand dollars worth of repairs. Then I took it to Northridge Auto Care... Northridge Auto Care found most of the work the dealer wanted to do was unnecessary. They saved me a small fortune. Lesson learned. From here on out, I'm going to Northridge Auto Care first.

I don't usually do reviews, but my experience warrants it. I work in a nearby office park and a coworker came to me to let me know I had a flat. I used her electric car pump and once it filled and I stopped the pump, I could immediately hear the tire deflating again. Coworker recommended Northridge, and since it was my lunch break I decided to hop over and hope for the best. Ten minutes. $20 flat. No hassle. Friendly service. I thought I would be dropping my car off and come back later, but the problem was handled before I could even finish texting my wife about it. If I have similar problems in the future, I will absolutely be dropping by here again.

Cannot recommend them more, the most honest, quick, and genuine place I have ever taken my car. Every time I get service or have any sort of issue they go above and beyond.

I have been coming to this shop from Gwinnett since 2018. Prices seemed reasonable in relation to the service rendered. Recently purchased a new vehicle, went in for an oil change, paid for synthetic oil. Weeks later, I stopped in bc my tire pressure light came on unexpectedly. I simply asked for air tires so I can figure out the issue later.,remember I have been a customer for 7 yrs. The gentlemen sitting behind the desk, did not want to be bothered, he referred me to a QT up the street. I understand labor time and rates, air in tires in this economy should be a few dollars, which is reasonable. I did not contest, I will not be back for anything ever. You lost a pretty easy going customer. PS - I went up the street to a jiffy lube , spoke with the nice people there who took time to add air and advised I had a nail in my rear passenger side tire. 2025 ( in this climate of hate)- service matters. If you are upset with your life maybe you shouldn't be in the service industry.
